| Westek Electronics, Inc. is a contract manufacturer of custom molded OEM medical cable assemblies. We have been in business for over 25 years and understand the importance of helping our customers when they need it the most. Our business model allows us the ability to produce our cables in low cost countries; first in Taiwan where we have manufactured for over 25 years serving the telecommunications and OEM medical industries, and leading the standard with several contracts of major players in their markets. We also have been manufacturing in Mexico since 2003. We are ISO 9001 and are scheduled to be ISO 13485 by the 3rd quarter of 2009.
Our business model allows Westek to meet and exceed the requirements of our customers on two fronts. First, we take advantage of the low labor and materials costs in the Westek Taiwan facility, or if you are partial to proximity we will use the Westek facility in Mexico. This gives the ability to service your needs whatever they may be. It really is the best of both worlds.
Our headquarters is located in Santa Cruz California, on the Monterey Bay, where our Administration, Engineering & Regional Account Managers are located. This benefit allows us to work with your engineering staff in the US and communicate direct with you, our customer. This makes working with our low cost country model(s) of manufacturing seamless and transparent.
Stocking and fulfillment programs allow you the ability to always have the cables you need, when you need them the most. Whether it is high weekly or monthly volumes we will establish the right stocking program for your needs.
